Please fill out your order form completely. Please be sure to include the correct shipping charges with your order. If you do not have an order form, please use a sheet of paper and include the quantity code, description and price of the items you wish to order and include your name, address and daytime telephone number.

SALES TAX:
All orders shipped within the state of Vermont are subject to 6% sales tax unless you have supplied us with a signed tax exempt / resale certificate.

SHIPPING:
We make every effort to ship within 24 hours. All packages are shipped via ground service unless you have requested premium air service. Please allow at least ten business weekdays from day of shipment before contacting us concerning missing packages. If you have paid for premium air service we are able to trace your package after one, two or three business weekdays accordingly.

* One business day processing time should be added to all shipping times.
Shipping days are considered Monday-Friday only. An overnight shipping on Friday would be scheduled to arrive on Monday.

RETURNS:
Returns must be made within thirty days of receipt of goods. Merchandise must be returned unused, in the original packaging. Items must be properly packed in a box so that goods are not damaged on return to us. Improperly packaged items will be returned to sender. Please enclose either a copy of your original invoice or a note stating the invoice # and reason for return. A 20% (with a minimum of $3.95) fee will be charged on all return shipments to cover processing and handling. Only one return shipment will be accepted per invoice.
